The Series SA of Single Output, High-Voltage DC-DC Converters feature ultra-miniature encapsulated units. These reliable, isolated units are characterized by high efficiency and excellent load regulation and operate over a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C with no electrical de-rating and/or heat-sinking.

PIN DESCRIPTION PIN # 1( -IN) and PIN # 3 (+IN): Input Voltage to the unit. Input Voltage Range; +/-10% Vi, nom. PIN # 2 (SHDN): Will shut down the output when pulled to (-IN). PIN # 4 (+OUT) and PIN # 6 (-OUT): Unit Output Voltage. PIN # 5 (COM): Is a Center Tap between (+OUT) and (-OUT) and could be used as a common output pin for Dual Output Bipolar Operation. | ||||||||||||||
REMOTE SHUTDOWN: The converter is turned off when Pin # 2 (SHDN) is clamped to Pin # 1 (-IN) within less than 0.4V.
